Very good idea, but a bit ungainly in use

It is great to be able to position two flashes creatively for macro and closeup work, and the light modelling is much more variable than a ring flash or the kinds of twin flash where the heads sit close to the lens barrel. The only difficulty is manoevering the equipment is a tight space, and the two flexible tubes wobble about quite a lot and are not easy to position accurate;u. Controlling and adjusting the flash intensity of each head is simplicity itself and the focusing light is a very useful feature. In all, the pros well outweigh the cons and if the idea could be implemented with a more easily managed tube system this really would be a winner.
