ND Filters

10 Item(s)

Neutral Density (ND) filters are designed to reduce the amount of light entering the lens, allowing the photographer to use a slower shutter speed or a wider aperture (or both) to achieve effects such as a shallower depth of field and/or intentional motion blur of a subject (for example waterfalls). The best ND filters are neutral grey colour and ensure no changes in hue of colour rendition in the final image. Variable (Vari) NDs are also available, offering a usable 8 stop range allowing flexibility in a single filter.
