| Under the distance selling regulations 1998 you have the option to return any unwanted item within 7 days of the purchase date; retrictions apply. Goods may only be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if they are in the same original condition. If goods are demed to be not 'as new'condition then we have the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of 15%. |
| If you have faulty goods with 30 days fo purchase date, then please contact us to determine whether they must be sent back to ourselves or direct to manufacturers. In majority of cases the goods will come back to ourselves. |
| If goods becomes faulty after 30 days and within the warranty period then we would ask you to send back direct to manufacturers. In this event the manufacturers will require just the camera (any accessories sent may be lost or mislaid) and a copy of your original invoice. |
