If you are experiencing a problem with any product you have purchased from ourselves then do not hesitate to contact us by telephone (01200 444 744), email ( firstname.lastname@example.org) or by mail. We have trained staff which may be able to assist in issue resolution. Where one of our staff members are not able to provide suitable technical assistance we will provide the relevant links to, or telephone numbers for the relevant manufacturers, some of which are listed below.
If you wish to return a product for any reason please contact us initially for a reference number. Without this reference number returns will either not be accepted or delays in processing of returns will result.
Cancellation of your order
You have the right under the distance selling regulations 2000 to cancel your order and return any unwanted item within 7 days ('cooling off period') after receipt of your order. However, such returns may be subject to non-acceptance if cancellation has not be received in writing within this time. The returned item(s) must also be complete with all contents intact and any 'free' goods returned therein. Your statutory rights are not effected.
If you are in receipt of a possible faulty product please initially contact our customer support / technical team. Most issues can be resolved without the return of any product. If after contact the issue has not be resolved then we will provide the necessary details for return. Usually if a fault occurs within 28 days we will ask you to return back to ourselves, where we will endeavour to replace the item. For faults that occur after 28 days we may ask you to send back to ourselves or alternatively send back directly to the manufacturer. Please be aware that warranties vary by manufacturer, but are usually for at least one year.
