Fuji film announces new Finepix models for spring 2012.

Fuji film have announced the latest additions to their very popular Finepix cameras. Firstly there are some new bridge cameras, the Finepix HS30exr, the Finepix SL300 and the Finepix S4500. The HS30exr is the range topper which houses a 16 megapixel large 1/2" CMOS sensor and a huge 30x ptical zoom lens ans the addition of a full 1080P movie mode. The Finepix SL300 is a compact version of the HS30 but with a lower resolution viewfinder and movie mode. The final camera of this bridge series is the Finepix S4500. At the budget end of the scale, but with many advanced features. It retains the 30x zoom of the other formerly mentioned models but takes AA batteries and has a reduced performance.

The Finepix F770exr and F660exr are new compact superzoom cameras. Both have GPS, 3.0" high resolution LCDs, 1080P movie recording and advanced CMOS 16 megapixel sensors. The difference is the zoom range, with thr F770exr having a powerful class leading 20 x (25-500mm) and th F660exr having a 15x zoom lens. Furthermore there is a new tough camera, the Finepix XP150. This has a 2.7" LCD, 10M waterproofing, 2M shock-proofing and dust / freeze-proofing, and has a built-in GPS.
