Slik Pro 500DX Tripod

The Slik Pro 500DX tripod is one of the large range of professional tripods available from Slik.

A 3 section clip lock A.M.T. (Aluminium, Magnesium, Titanium) alloy frame. This provides a large increase in the overall tripod strenght and load capacity. For example it will take the weight of a professional digital SLR with a 300mm f2.8 lens attached.

The leg sections are activated with the use of speed release locks. Leg angle locks allow lowering the tripod to for very low angle for macro photography work. Essentailly the tripod can be lowered to approximately 38cms

It has a 3-way pan head with large quick release plate. With the pro range of tripods the head is removable, allowing other heads to be attached.

Additional features of this tripod include a gearless centre column for easy height adjustment and soft grip padded legs for carrying comfort.

The Slik Pro 500DX Tripod has a standard bush for the fitment of any camera, camcorder or scope.
